Service Description

We'll explore your wellness practice and goals and suggest tools and resources to help you create an achievable wellness plan that works for you. You'll receive a curated, customized wellness plan you can incorporate into your daily routine, no matter where you are in your wellness journey. If your plan includes seated and moving meditation, we invite you to begin your practice with Sozo. You'll receive 50% off your first session when you complete your Wellness Consultation.
